Employee Assistance Program

A thriving business needs thriving people. If you want to get the most out of your workforce, then it pays to invest in their physical and emotional wellbeing, to help them be the best version of themselves.

That's where we can help.

Our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) can offer your employees the peace of mind that they are supported and nurtured, with practical tailored solutions that show them they matter. And it gives you the reassurance that you are doing right by them and your business.

What We Offer

Our program consists of the following features, available in whatever tailored combination best suits your business needs:

THERAPY & COUNSELLING

We have a carefully selected group of accredited and experienced therapists and counsellors who are on hand to provide confidential support to individuals who feel they need it.

Simply purchase a block of sessions for your employees to draw from - they can choose the therapist they think would suit them best, and manage specific appointment details themselves.

You can track how many sessions have been used, and see when it's time to top up.

APP & DASHBOARD

Every employee can have access to our unique app (YU), which can help them track and contextualise their emotions, and generally aim for greater self-awareness and understanding.

You can access our wellbeing index dashboard (WI) to view and analyse this (completely anonymous) emotional data to gain a clearer picture of your workforce dynamic, track differences between departments and locations, and assess the impact of events and initiatives, facilitating quicker and more effective decision-making.
